Daniel Trentacosta is Head of Board Governance and Vendor Strategy for MUFG Investor Services, responsible for the governance framework that supports effective Board oversight, as well as leading the firm’s enterprise wide vendor strategy.

Daniel assumed his current role in 2026, after serving as Global Head of Private Markets & Change, Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing, Global Head of Project Management, and Executive Director, Business Development.

He joined MUFG Investor Services in 2016 from Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, where he was Treasury Controller. Prior to that, he worked in senior roles at Morgan Stanley in Prime Brokerage.  Daniel started his career at J.P. Morgan Chase in Client Service.

Daniel has served as a board member and coach for Youth Baseball and Football programs. Daniel received a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing, with a Minor in Rhetoric and Public Address, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from St. John’s University.
