Puneet Gupta joins as Managing Director and Head of Malaysia

NEW YORK, December 4, 2023 – MUFG Investor Services, a global leader in asset servicing, banking, and fund financing for the alternative investment management industry, today announced the opening of its new operational center located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This location provides the full range of fund accounting, administration and asset services, supporting MUFG Investor Services’ clients in Asia and across the firm’s 16 locations.

Puneet Gupta has been appointed Managing Director, Head of Malaysia, with overall leadership and management responsibility for the location, supporting the firm’s growth in the region.  Mr. Gupta brings more than 20 years of experience in operations management to this role. Prior to joining MUFG Investor Services, Mr. Gupta served as Director of Global Business Services at Kimberly Clark, where he was responsible for the APAC region.
