McAllister (Mac) Kirschner is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MUFG Investor Services, responsible for leading the firm’s global strategy, operations, and growth.

Prior to his appointment as CEO in October 2026, Mac served as Chief Operating Officer, a position he held since 2018. He joined MUFG Investor Services in 2016 as Global Head of Relationship Management, following a 16-year tenure at BlackRock, where he was a Managing Director in Global Fund Services, overseeing operations supporting the firm’s alternative investments business. Earlier in his career, Mac led the Investor Relations team at Quellos Group, LLC, until its private funds business was acquired by BlackRock.

Mac serves on the board of directors of O’Dea High School and has served on the Finance and Audit Committee of College Access Now. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University in Finance, Marketing, and Decision Sciences.
