MUFG Investor Services assembled a dedicated and cross-functional team spanning Fund Administration, FX Overlay, Business Process Outsourcing, Banking, Business and Product Development. Together, they worked with the client to map and implement a full-service model, getting the fund up and running in just six weeks, instead of the standard 8 to 12. Efficiencies in the onboarding were critical in aligning the launch with fundraising milestones and minimizing handoffs while the fund was making early investments.
