Hamilton, Bermuda, December 15, 2014 – Mitsubishi UFJ Fund Services, a global asset administrator, announces that it has successfully completed an independent examination of its Fund Administration, Investor Services, Custody Services, Liquidity/Compliance Reporting Services System and its supporting Information Technology General Controls.

The Service Organization Control report (SOC 1) Type 2 was prepared in accordance with the attestation standards issued by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), SSAE No. 16 and International Auditing and Assurance Standards Board (IAASB), ISAE 3402 and covered the period January 1, 2014 to October 31, 2014 for the following locations: Canada (Waterloo and Halifax), Ireland (Dublin), Cayman Islands, Bermuda and New York. The examination was completed by KPMG LLP (Canada).
